Board of Directors Meeting
Nielsen Home - February 18, 2004
Board Members Present: Gary Bennett, Kurt Miericke, Nancy Klein, Steve Nielsen, Greg Smith, Steve Overstreet, Lisa Finnegan, John Gallagher, Jim Cowdery
Past President Gary Bennett called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and opened the floor for nominations for 2004 Officers. The following individuals were nominated and approved for CWHOA officers:
Kurt Miericke - President
Nancy Klein - Vice President
Steve Nielsen - Treasurer
Greg Smith – Secretary
Nominations for Committee Chairs were discussed and are reflected on the attachment. Also indicated are other individuals who have expressed interest in supporting and assisting various committee efforts.
An individual is needed to manage the Web page. Greg Smith will contact Allan and Pat Campbell since they have expressed an interest with the newsletter.
Jim Cowdery and Gary Bennett are finalizing the Welcome Brochure and materials for new residents.
The meeting was concluded at 9 pm. The next meeting will be held at Kurt Miericke’s home at 1820 Seneca Avenue beginning at 7:30 on March 29. Note: this is a change from the originally scheduled date of March 24.
